  • Our laundromat operates from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM every day, including weekends and holidays.

2. Do you offer wash-and-fold services?

  • No, we do not currently offer wash-and-fold services. However, if you are interested in wash-and-fold, please let us know as it is something we are considering for the future.

3. Can I use my own detergent and fabric softener?

  • Absolutely! Feel free to bring your preferred detergent and fabric softener to use in our machines. We also have detergent available for purchase if you happen to forget yours.

4. Are your machines coin-operated or do you accept cards?

  • Our machines are both coin-operated and card-operated for your convenience. To pay with your card, you will need to download the Huebsch App on your smartphone. You can choose whichever method suits you best.

5. Is there Wi-Fi available in the laundromat?

  • Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi for our customers.

6. Are there attendants available to assist customers?

  • We do not have full-time attendants but you may run into some of our team members at any given time or day of the week.

7. Do you have machines suitable for large items like comforters and blankets?

  • Yes, we have large-capacity machines designed to accommodate bulky items such as comforters and blankets. We recommend using the 60-pound or 80-pound washers for these items.

8. Is the laundromat equipped with security cameras?

  • Yes, we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and have installed surveillance cameras throughout the premises.

10. What measures are in place for cleanliness and sanitation?

  • Our machines are regularly sanitized and the laundromat is cleaned several times a week by our staff. We kindly ask that our customers pick up after themselves and dispose of all trash properly before leaving.

11. Can I leave my laundry unattended while it's washing or drying?

  • While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we recommend that you do not leave your laundry unattended. Please stay nearby to ensure the safety of your belongings. If your laundry cycle ends, please remove items promptly.

12. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?

  • We plan to! We are just getting started and have lots of exciting promotions planned for the near future!

13. Are children allowed in the laundromat unsupervised?

  • For safety reasons, we ask that children be supervised by an adult while in the laundromat. Please do not allow children to play in/on/with laundry equipment such as laundry carts, washers, dryers, and detergent.

14. What should I do if I encounter a problem with a machine?

  • Please notify us immediately by calling 724-471-8835, and we will promptly address the issue to ensure minimal disruption to your laundry routine.
